“I have lots of stuff. I for sure have a helmet — I have two helmets actually, a lightsaber, I have stuff from The Dead Don’t Die. Every movie I try to take [something].”
The Last Duel star also quipped that he sometimes wears his “stolen” Kylo Ren helmet when he drives, “just to confuse people”.
The former United States Marine also went on to share another amusing anecdote, proving he has much more of a sense of humor than his Star Wars character:
“I take a lot of pictures, too. Sometimes I take things that are on the set, like I have a bunch of stuff from Annette, The Last Duel. I have my machete from The Dead Don’t Die that I killed zombies with. I take all sorts of stuff. Then I keep them in a room and I just pray to myself as an homage to all the things that I’ve done.”
At this time, few sequel trilogy actors outside of Driver have expressed interest in returning to the Star Wars franchise. Daisy Ridley (Rey), Oscar Isaac (Poe Dameron), and John Boyega (Finn) have all indicated they have finished with a galaxy far, far away.
Presumably, this series would show the events after Solo burned down Luke Skywalker’s new Jedi Temple, chronicling how Darth Vader’s grandson joined forces with Supreme Leader Snoke prior to the events of The Force Awakens, which is set about 25 years after George Lucas’s original trilogy ended with Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi (1983).
