Who is the cutest Jedi around? Baby Yoda, of course! Of Grogu’s many skills, his most adorable talent is finding tasty snacks (even if they are someone else’s eggs). Though Star Wars contains some amazing treats, The Child’s choice of snacks are sometimes a bit off menu, like his taste for frogs. However, there is one Grogu snack that rises above all the rest. It’s tasty, beautiful, and sweet. This treat could only be blue milk macarons.
While you could purchase these blue milk macarons for a high price, it seems like it would be more fun to bake macarons than have them delivered to your home. The Star Wars website recently released a recipe for this delectable dessert. We have shared this iconic recipe below. This would be a perfect gift for the Star Wars fan in your life. Or, you can make Baby Yoda macarons at home and eat as many as you want. Well, that is, unless a cute little Jedi wanders through and steals them all for himself. Classic Grogu.

Stir in the vanilla and food coloring.
-
Fold in 1/3 of the dry ingredients, until just combined.
-
Slowly add another 1/3, then the rest of the dry ingredients. You will be done when the batter falls into ribbons and you can make a “figure 8.”
-
Transfer the macaron batter into a piping bag with a round tip.
-
Apply parchment paper to baking sheets.
-
Pipe the macarons onto the parchment-covered baking sheets in small 1-inch circles. Space the macarons about 2 inches apart.

Tap the baking sheet firmly onto a flat surface a few times to release air bubbles. Let the macarons sit at room temperature for 40 minutes, until dry to the touch.
-
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
-
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until they rise and the “feet” have formed. Transfer to a wire rack, let cool completely.

Mix the butter and confectioners’ sugar with a handheld mixer in a medium bowl.
-
Add the vanilla, heavy cream, and food gel dye.
-
Transfer the buttercream to a piping bag. Onto the flat side of one macaron shell, pipe a circle of buttercream.
-
Spoon a small portion of jam into the center. Create a sandwich with a second macaron shell.

Do this with the rest of the macaron shells and filling. Now, they’re ready to serve your fellow Jedi.
Mandalorian Theme Night Recipes
If you love The Mandalorian as much as I do, you will want to create a whole theme night for this show and its adorable leading Jedi! If you’re a Star Wars fan, you can binge two seasons of the series on Disney+ now. While you binge the series, you can create a whole menu of Mandalorian-inspired treats. You can make some blue and green milk to pair with these macarons. And, who doesn’t love cookies with ice cream? Whip up some Mandalorian ice cream for a whole dessert buffet. If you would like some spirits while you view the show – for the tenth time, mix up this Baby Yoda cocktail. If you prefer non-alcoholic drinks, you could also stir up a Baby Yoda-inspired Matcha Latte.
If you want to make a meal for your Mandalorian themed night, I suggest savory meals. Cook a turkey leg like you would savor in Disney Parks with this recipe. I think the best Star Wars meals on screen are always savory. However, if you are a fan of Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones (2002), maybe you want to eat a healthy meal, featuring fruit like Padme and Anakin. Here’s some healthy Mickey-shaped treats to enjoy while creating your own Mandalorian Season 3 theories.
