Spring has sprung across most of the country, which means it’s time to start enjoying warm weather snacks. We don’t know about you, but we think everything tastes better when it’s Mickey-shaped! Today, we have the recipes for two healthy Mickey snacks your whole family is sure to love.
The best part of both of these cool treats is that they’re super easy to make (and you probably already have everything you need in your kitchen!)
Mickey Fruit Popsicles

What You Need:
- 1/4 of a watermelon, sliced, cut into Mickey shapes
- 1/2 a mango, peeled, cut into small star shapes
- 1 kiwi, diced
- 1/4 cup of blueberries
- 3 cups vanilla yogurt (or your preferred flavor
- Mickey Template or paper cutter
- Cardstock
- Star shaped cutter
- Silicone popsicle molds
- Popsicle sticks
What to Do:
- Cut the fruits into your desired shapes. You can use the recommended shapes and Mickey template or choose something else!
- Place fruit shapes on the bottom portion of the popsicle molds and spoon yogurt on top. Next, place a Mickey watermelon shape and more fruit pieces on the top section of each mold.
- Insert a popsicle stick into each mold and let them set in the freezer for 3-4 hours, or until solid.
- Once the popsicles are frozen, remove them from the molds by popping them out of each tray. Yum!

No-Fuss Mickey Yogurt Bites

What You Need:
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or strawberries
- 3/4 cup unflavored Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Mickey ice cube tray
What to Do:
- Thaw frozen fruit until soft, then mash with a fork.
- Mix with yogurt. Then add honey and combine.
- Spread yogurt mixture into ice cube tray mold.
- Freeze for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to several hours, until frozen solid.
- Take the ice cube tray out of the freeze and remove yogurt bites from mold. Enjoy immediately or store leftovers in a freezer-safe container!
