A pixie-dusted Mother’s Day Breakfast
While we would all rather be at Disney, why not bring some Disney into your home? And what better way than with a delicious Disney recipe. One of our favorite places to eat breakfast at the Walt Disney World Resort is at Disney’s Polynesian Resort’s, ‘Ohana.
First, set the mood! We found this 3-hour loop on YouTube of Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort’s ambiance music. Swoon! Then, bring her up a tray for some breakfast in bed with the glorious, warm, gooey Bread Pudding, ‘Ohana style. Although this recipe is technically for ‘Ohana’s Dinner dessert, why not have dessert for breakfast? We’re pretty sure mom won’t mind!
Want to go a little more classic with a brunch? Why not make some eggs, bacon, and throw in some waffles, but make them Mickey-shaped! It’s time to dust off that waffle maker. This Mickey Churro waffle recipe will make them even more special.
A Spa Day for Mom
After breakfast, let mom have a spa day at home. Keep that Poly music loop going and prep a nice soothing bath. See if you have any of Disney’s H2O bath products you know you grabbed during your last visit. The smell will take her straight home to Disney! You can also order some at shopDisney.com. These would make a great mother’s day gift for her too.
While she’s relaxing, keep the kids busy with some Disney activities they can make for her. Check out these free printables and craft ideas from the Disney Family website. You can even create a Disney-inspired Mother’s Day card with these fun printables.
