Please don’t take mickey mouse birthday away.
My mother was born on his birthday 11/18/1939

      2. RickTR

He has nothing to do with it. Disney has already extended their copyright way beyond the legal limit.

    4. Cindy

Totally agree. Mr Disney would be upset if he were here and saw the changes with Disney. But the again if he was still here they never would have happened.

    5. Luanna Smock

Disney has been around for a long time and children have learned so much from all the shows. I do not believe this should be Mickeys final Birthday9

      1. Totally agree with you I can do Mickeys voice and he is the only one that I can do without Mickey what is the point of Disney continuing there would not be any reason so they should keep Mickey.

    6. Debra boushley

To me mickey mouse will be in my apartment for ever. I want them to keep them to celebrate 🎇 mickey mouse for ever at the parks too.

    7. Chelsea Luckie

Mickey and Minnie’s birthday should be permanent, not temporary. November 18th should and always will be their birthday.

      1. Chelsea Luckie

I mean, November 18th is, should and always will be Mickey and Minnie’s birthdays. FOREVER AND FOREVER AND EVER AND ALWAYS. ❤️ ❤️ birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊 Love Mickey and Minnie so much.

I trust in Disney’s executives who’ll figure out a way to celebrate Mickey’s beginnings…also many wonderful book characters are now of world public domain and nothing bad happened.Lets have fun with Mickey Mouse that’s what Walt Disney always aimed to.HAPPY BIRTHDAY NEXT SATURDAY MICKEY MOUSE

    1. THANK YOU !!!♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

  5. Bryan

Oh Mickey you were born on Walt Disney’s hands and now the people will strip you away. though we celebrate your birthday with success without you there wouldn’t be a mouse. I hope time never forget you and the generation Feel what Joy. You’ll never be forgotten have a birthday Mickey Mouse.

  6. Lexi

  7. Richard Clifton

    Yes for always

  8. Tomclay

Who cares? What stops people from celebrating a birthday? Because Steamboat Willy lost its copyright?

Loss of a copyright would not stop people of places for having a birthday.

But DeSantis and the GOP snowflakes are going tooth and nail to crush the great company Walt created. Sad but true…

      1. Al

Disney has gone woke. It is not the same Disney that I remember from by gone days. Don’t be such a Karen.

      2. Sad Disney Fan

Unfortunately, Disney’s current downfall is due to its own questionable decisions. DeSantis may be a loose cannon, but he did not make the decisions that have caused their shares to drop among other issues.

  9. But I love Mickey Mouse. He’s the best cartoon character in the world.

    1. Janet S

Welcome to socialism. Where DeSantis and conservative snowflakes decide what you can and can’t experience.

      1. J

This will nevermstop my love for Walt Disney World. If Walt Disney were alive this would have never even been a issue. DISNEY FOREVER !

  10. Always keep Mickey and Minnie Mouse, just as they are !!! WE LOVE THEM !!!♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

No one’s going to ever forget Mickey Mouse. He’s an icon. I love Mickey Mouse. I’ve loved him ever since I was a little kid. There was something about him that made me like him. My first thing I had of him when I was little was what I called a “squeaky Mickey.”. I would play with it, take it with me to sleep. Forgot how long I had it. Then I lost it. I have been looking for another “Squeaky Mickey” but had no luck so far.
Mickey Mouse will always have a birthday, public domain or no public; trademark or no trademark. Everyone loves Mickey Mouse, no matter what.

    I Love Mickey.

Even though the legal system is so screwed up Mickey Mouse will always be Disney’s property no men or anything can take him away from Disney, no matter what anyone does or say there is only one Mickey Mouse, if anything happens to him it will never ever be Disney’s mouse, the only way it can ever be Disney’s mouse if Disney makes him
So please Disney people don’t throw him out keep him, in the name of Disney don’t let anyone forget what Mickey stands for just because he’s going into public domain doesn’t mean you have to kick him out. And if anyone tries to ruin him that shall fall on them.

  15. Jacob Allen

Mickey is a very important part of the Disney company and cannot have his 95th birthday be his last.

  16. I truly hope the Disney Corporation holds onto the copyright, as it has represented so many smiles for so many years to a lot of individuals. Public domain could tarnish things we’ve grown to love and smile about, and as Walt said “I hope we never forget, it was all started by a mouse”!

    Happy Birthday Mickey!!

  18. Virginia Bergquist

Disney must renew the copyright and do its own “refreshing” of Mickey and crew. Silly to let it lapse. I agree with comment above that Walt Disney would not be happy with many of the changes that has taken family entertainment to include a broader interpretation of PG-13 .

I want Mickey and Minnie to keep happing birthdays. I don’t want that to end. But Steamboat Willie will be in the public domain which means it won’t officially leave Disney forever, right? Cause it was made by Walt Disney himself. Anyway it’s not gonna be his final birthday, right? Because again, I do not want it to end. I want him and Minnie to keep having birthdays. Please let Mickey and Minnie keep having birthdays. Please? I don’t want it to end!

As Walt said “It all started with a mouse “. I have been a true Disney and Mickey fan since I was 3 years old and I’m now 65. Mickey is the only reason that many have their careers! Let’s keep it that way. Long live Mickey Mouse! We love you Mickey!

  21. “Well, I can’t believe this is my last birthday. I will never leave SuperGirl.”

    – Super Mickey

  22. Sharan A Krystyniak

If Mickey goes down, the walls of the company will crumble soon behind him. Every day I read more of what is happening to Disney.
There were always things wrong with Disney. It traumatized children with so much of their animation. But it was a place you could sit down with your kids on a Sunday night and see Walt and see parts of a magical place most of us could never afford to see. We wore our mouse ears and sang the M-I-C-K-E-Y-M-O-U-S-E song and never questioned why a full grown man was part of the Mackey mouse club.
Mackey ending isn’t the beginning of the end. It’s just part of something we now have to let go of too. It isn’t fine. But it’s what path we are walking on now.
    Happy last birthday Mickey. 🎂🥀💔

I want Mickey and Minnie to keep having birthdays because I don’t want that to end. But good news is Steamboat Willie’s going in the public domains so it won’t officially leave Disney, right? Please? I love Mickey and Minnie and I’m sure Walt would’ve loved it if you’d keep them at Disney and let them have more birthdays. I’m sure I’d love it if you keep them at Disney and let them have more birthdays. So please let them have more birthdays? I don’t want it to end! Happy birthday, Mickey and Minnie by the way. Well, happy early birthday cause your birthday’s tomorrow. You know what I mean. Again, please let Mickey and Minnie keep having more birthdays. I love Mickey and Minnie and I just don’t want it to end, okay? Never forget, “It was all started by a mouse”.

I still have some I’d our paper EE tickets from Disneyland in the 60s…parents drove us 3 times from Ohio in the 60sand 70s..It was a magical place always. But that was then. Wouldn’t go now. So sad..But I have my memories and B and W pictures! Some color too! Knotts Berry Farm we did it all. But Disneyland was out favorite💖

  25. David Nicholson

If demoflakes have their way, Mickey will be trans, and Minnie will be nonbinary.

  26. Vanessa Miller
