One Twitter user, who is believed to be a former Disney Cast Member, took to social media to voice concerns about the current operations inside the Parks at Walt Disney World, specifically with cast morale and cleanliness.

Twitter user Encyclopedia posted two screenshots to the social media platform along with the caption:
My thoughts on what’s going on operationally at Epcot right now.
The user begins by explaining they began working as a Cast Member at Walt Disney World in 2002, and even though some of the experiences they encountered while on the job were unfortunate, each has “shaped” and “molded” them into who they are today.

However, as of late, they noticed certain things happening with Parks operations that they are not okay with. The screenshot reads, in part:
So it really pains me to say things are just not ok right now at Epcot and Walt Disney World. The cast morale is the lowest I’ve ever seen it. Almost no one working in the parks cares about upkeep, cleanliness, or guest service.
It’s straight up not fun to be in the park if you remember the old standards.
They went on to explain how they’ve noticed trash not being cleaned around the Park and how they “think the cast at EPCOT right now is actively sabotaging the Park.”

We do want to note that it is unclear if this Twitter user is still a Cast Member with Walt Disney World or if they are a former Cast Member. Their Twitter user bio reads:
