It’s awards season, folks, and last night the British Academy of Film hosted the 2021 BAFTA Awards. Among the presenters were Mandalorian and Wonder Woman 1984 star, Pedro Pascal.

The former Game of Thrones actor has a loyal fan base, and they immediately took to social media to share their thoughts about Pascal’s BAFTA appearance.
Twitter user, Mic, shared a heartwarming post:
Our king, @PedroPascal1, has a bald patch in his beard & stands pigeon toed & he’s so beautiful & loved. You don’t have to be perfect to be beautiful. In fact, perfection is impossible to fulfill. Your imperfections are what make you beautiful. Be proud of them. You are loved.

Another social media user, Aneliya, shared thoughts about Pascal’s presentation:
Omg, Pedro Pascal awarded #ThomasVinterberg [Thomas Vinterberg] and the crew at the BAFTAs, this is just so insane for me and Thomas mentioned his daughter Ida (the moment when I started bursting into tears) and that the film is made for her, I love them all so much, totally deserved

What’s next for Pedro Pascal?
It was recently announced that Pascal will play a leading role in the upcoming HBO series, The Last of Us. This led many to worry he would be leaving Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni’s The Mandalorian on Disney+.

Pascal has, however, been confirmed for The Mandalorian Season 3 and may potentially play a role in the spinoff series, The Book of Boba Fett, according to recent online rumors. We also know that other Mandalorian spinoffs, Ahsoka and Rangers of the New Republic, will directly connect to the third season of the hit Star Wars series.
When we last saw Pascal’s Din Djarin, he was tearfully sending Grogu (AKA “Baby Yoda”) to complete his Jedi training with Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) in The Mandalorian Season 2 finale.

Now that The Mandalorian‘s core duo has been split up — at least for the time being — Star Wars fans aren’t exactly sure what Favreau and Filoni have planned.
Many assume that we will continue to follow the unresolved Darksaber story arc with the return of Bo-Katan Kryze (Katee Sackhoff) and her Nite Owl warriors. Currently, title character, Djarin, wields the black-bladed saber after winning it in battle with Moff Gideon (Giancarlo Esposito).
