The Disney Dining Plan will return to Walt Disney World Resort next year, and with it now comes a massive discount for families with young children. Kids aged three through nine are eligible for this limited-time offer. (Children under three always enter Magic Kingdom Park, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios for free.)

As the Central Florida Disney parks struggled to maintain crowd levels this summer, The Walt Disney Company offered discounted VIP tours, Disney Resort hotel rooms, and adult Disney Park tickets. But when Halloween brought crowds back to Walt Disney World Resort, the deals disappeared.

Now, The Walt Disney Company is gearing up for the traditionally slower late winter/early spring months. In October, Inside the Magic reported that Walt Disney World Resort would offer a 50% discount for families with children next year. On Tuesday, November 14, they’re officially on sale.

“On Nov. 14, 2023, Walt Disney World will introduce a special package offer for families looking to save on a spring vacation!” the Disney Parks Blog wrote.

“Children’s (ages 3 through 9) theme park tickets and dining plans will be half off with the purchase of a non-discounted 4-night, 4-day Walt Disney Travel Co. package for you and your children that includes a room at a select Disney Resort hotel, theme park tickets and a dining plan. Valid for stays most nights March 3 through June 30, 2024, this will be a great option for those who also want the convenience of having their tickets, room and meals already paid for before they arrive!”

As an additional benefit, Disney Park Pass Reservations will no longer be required for date-based tickets as of January 9, 2024. With this change comes the end of the 2:00 p.m. Park Hopper limit. Guests with the Park Hopper add-on may visit Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios anytime they want!

This offer is not combinable with Disney Resort hotel room discounts. To be eligible for the offer, guests must book at least a four-night stay at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel and a Disney Park ticket package with non-discounted adult tickets—book online, over the phone, or with a certified Disney travel agent. Some dates are excluded from this promotion.

Though Disney Adults make up a large portion of Disney Parks attendance, adult tickets aren’t part of this discounted offer. But don’t lose hope – Walt Disney World Resort offered a four-day single-park pass for $99 a day this summer! Follow Inside the Magic for updates about Walt Disney World Resort savings.
