Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe
What If…? has brought on an incredible voice cast to bring life to the Multiverse — returning many MCU favorite actors to reprise their roles, and recasting a few others. What If…? producer Brad Winderbaum has already announced that there will be a second season of the series, and that Marvel fans can expect more of Atwell’s Captain Carter. In a presser, the producer revealed why he feels Captain Carter is a lynchpin of the Multiverse of What If…?, saying,

Not more important than the rest, but had a strong relationship with The Watcher, who is really our driving force behind the series, and that’s Captain Carter.”
