Hasbro, Disney’s official purveyor of both Star Wars toys and Marvel toys, might be best known for things like the Star Wars Vintage Collection and the Star Wars Black Series — poseable figures modeled after iconic characters like Luke Skywalker, Cad Bane, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Din Djarin, Boba Fett, Darth Vader, Kylo Ren, and more — but now, they’ve outdone themselves in the lightsaber category.
Last year, Hasbro released a toy version of the Darksaber — an ancient black-bladed Mandalorian weapon that first appeared in live-action in Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni’s The Mandalorian — and this new collection rivals it in terms of coolness.

The new set of three lightsaber classes include parts that are fully interchangeable, allowing kids (or adult collectors) to create customized lightsabers without the sticker shock that some experience at Savi’s Workshop at Disney World and Disneyland’s.
The Lightsaber Forge series retails between $14.99 and $39.99, and is expected to release this fall. Each Jedi or Sith-themed lightsaber includes blade, cap, cover and core, which can all be mixed and matched to create a unique lightsaber.
