The choreography is pure Disney magic from her home studio to our’s. We’re guessing you’re probably going to find it pretty hard to not smile as soon as you start.
Disney Dance Cardio Workout Part 4
Without further ado, let’s just dance! This time’s dance fitness is showcasing the Disney Princesses! The Disney tunes we’re dancing to this time are “Into the Unknown” from Frozen 2 (which by the way, makes jump squats way more exciting,) “How Far I’ll Go” from Moana, “Almost There” from The Princess and the Frog, and “Belle” from Beauty and the Beast. It’s a full body workout that will have you looking regal while doing it.

She’s hinted at more Disney Princess dance cardio workouts which we look forward to. In the meantime, you can follow along with her first three videos featuring songs from Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, Mulan, The Lion King, and more. These moves are super easy for a beginner dancer to follow along to, but just as much of a good time for experts too! You’ll definitely forget that you’re exercising until you realize how sweaty you are afterwards.
