Credit: Love Your Melon/DisneyBack in October, we reported that Disney and Love Your Melon have teamed up in order to create a new collection featuring adorable new beanies. And even better, it was announced that the new collection would go toward a great cause!
The two-year collaboration with Disney, Pixar, and Star Wars kicked off on October 21 and featured Love Your Melon’s signature beanies with both Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse logos as well as adorable knit hats with pom-poms which resemble mouse ears.
But now, Disney and Love Your Melon are teaming up once again. Only this time, they are highlighting Disney’s most anticipated sequel, Frozen 2.
Frozen 2 Love Your Melon Collection
It’s official — Disney’s Frozen 2 and Love Your Melon have teamed up for a brand new collection.
Join Love Your Melon and Disney’s Frozen 2 as they debuted a brand new collection for a fight against pediatric cancer. It has also been confirmed by Love Your Melon that kids sizes will also be available upon release.
Love Your Melon’s Frozen 2 Collection will arrive on Monday, November 25th at 10am CT.
History Behind Love Your Melon
On a mission to improve the lives of children battling cancer, since October 22nd, 2012, Love Your Melon started off with a simple idea of putting a beanie on the head of every child battling cancer in America.
What once was a “simple idea” has soon become a world-wide phenomenon. Love Your Melon had quickly achieved their original goal of giving 45,000 hats, which was one for every child battling cancer in America.
The company then decided to try and achieve a new goal, this time giving one million dollars to pediatric cancer research as well as providing immediate support to the children and families going through this difficult time.
Today, Love Your Melon has given over 6.2 million dollars to the fight against pediatric cancer and has given over 170,000 hats to children battling cancer in America.
