We may not get to see the new Rivers of Light show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom anytime soon but there are plenty of other attractions and shows that will debut in Orlando this summer to get a theme park fan excited!

Early May: ‘Finding Dory’ characters to debut at Turtle Talk With Crush at Epcot.
May 6: New ‘Alice Through the Looking Glass’ preview starts showing at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
May 15: Town Center shopping and restaurant area at Disney Springs will start their summer openings including restaurants STK Steakhouse, D-Luxe Burger, Sprinkles Cupcake ATM and much more!
The Daily Poutine and B.B. Wolf’s Sausage Co. will open at Disney Springs.
Amorette’s Patisserie opens its doors in Town Center, Disney Springs.
May 22: Aristocrepes food kiosk will open at Disney Springs.
May 27: Animal Kingdom nighttime enhancements coming to the park including a new “Jungle Book” show, Kilimanjaro Safari at night, and the Tree of Life awakening.
Tiffins restaurant opens at Animal Kingdom.
The third Toy Story Mania track will debut at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
June: Frozen Ever After attraction and The Royal Sommerhus Frozen sisters meet and greet will open at Epcot.
New “Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular” firework show is set to debut at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The all new “Mickey’s Royal Friendship Faire” stage show will begin performances at the Magic Kingdom.
June 10: Mako roller coaster opens at SeaWorld.
June 17: Soarin‘ re-opens at Epcot with new movie, third screen added and updates to the queue.
August: Princess Elena of Avalor will start her meet and greet in Magic Kingdom.

New Olaf and Mickey & Minnie meet and greets at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Ample Hills Creamery set to open at Disney’s Boardwalk Resort.
King King attraction will open at Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios Orlando Resort.
The Hulk roller coaster will re-open at Islands Of Adventure.
