A high-speed roller coaster left dozens of guests stranded in mid-air before eventually being evacuated by theme park personnel.
Experiencing a high-speed roller coaster for the first time is probably one of the most exciting experiences a guest could have at their favorite theme park. However, while having an accident is the last thing on their minds, it is always possible to end the day on an unfortunate note.
Unfortunately, dozens of guests ended up stuck in mid-air while riding Hyperia at Thorpe Park in the United Kingdom, prompting the theme park’s quick response to evacuate the extreme attraction.
