The latest Disney parade continues to experience issues, with yet another disrupted performance yesterday.

In a video shared by DLP Report on X (formerly known as Twitter), a performance of “A Million Splashes of Colour” went ahead today with just two floats and no show stops.

The two floats in question yesterday (February 19) featured Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Goofy. The missing third float usually features Pinocchio, Miguel, Joy, Daisy and Donald Duck.

Typically, “A Million Splashes of Colour” sees characters such as Asha from Disney’s latest release Wish (2023), Aladdin, Mirabel (in her Disneyland Paris debut), Moana, Timon, Snow White, Stitch, and Judy Hopps dance and perform for the audience in the Central Plaza of Disneyland Park, in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle. The entire show lasts approximately 30 minutes.

Yesterday’s next performance of the parade saw all three floats participate as usual. It also restored the usual show stops.

Despite only debuting earlier this month, this isn’t the first issue encountered by “A Million Splashes of Colour.” Last week, the parade was forced to return backstage without any characters aboard its floats due to an undisclosed technical fault. Characters involved in the parade instead left the parade route on foot, exiting near Victoria’s Home-Style Restaurant.

The parade made its debut as a part of Disneyland Paris’ ongoing celebration, Disney Symphony of Colours. Designed to “lift your spirits with song, dance, stories, and colours,” this consists of “A Million Splashes of Colour” and the popular new nighttime drone spectacular “Disney Electrical Sky Parade,” inspired by the Disneyland staple “Main Street Electrical Parade.” The latter reportedly left guests “weeping” after its premiere performance.

“A Million Splashes of Colour” is set to run at Disneyland Park until September 30, 2024.
