The Disney Parks and shopDisney revealed the 2023 Disney Pride Collection on Monday amid a constant legal battle against Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Former Disney CEO Bob Chapek spoke out against the Parental Rights in Education Act, popularly known as the “Don’t Say Gay” law, in 2022. DeSantis quickly introduced legislation to dissolve Walt Disney World Resort’s Reedy Creek Improvement District, an act that Disney later called retaliatory in a lawsuit against the Republican Governor.

Despite the conflict in Florida, Disney stated that it “proudly works with nonprofits throughout the year to support the LGBTQIA+ community globally.” Members of the LGBTQIA+ community and allies created the 2023 collection, the second-ever officially titled “Disney Pride” merchandise line. Previously, the merch released during Pride Month was simply called “Rainbow Disney.”

The collection includes apparel for adults, kids, and even pets! Fan-favorite Pride pins and LoungeFly bags have returned alongside more inclusive styles, plush toys, jewelry, Mickey Mouse ears, MagicBands, and more. There’s a franchise tie-in for every fan, from Marvel to Star Wars!
