Few things go together as well as coffee and Disney Parks. Most Park-goers will attest that there’s nothing like a latte on Main Street, U.S.A. with a view of Cinderella Castle or Sleeping Beauty Castle in the background.

When Starbucks began its partnership with Disney — the first Disney Parks Starbucks location opened at Disneyland Paris’s Disney Village district in 2009 — it was truly a match made in heaven (or maybe Orlando by way of Seattle) — for Disney fans.

Walt Disney World Resort and Starbucks have a particularly special connection. Both started in 1971 and celebrated their 50th anniversaries this year. Now, in addition to the themed Starbucks locations — like Creature Comforts at Disneys’s Animal Kingdom and Main Street Bakery at Magic Kingdom — there’s a brand new Starbucks location for Disney World Guests to enjoy!

Disney Coffee Blog on Instagram shared details about the recently opened Flamingo Crossings Starbucks shop:

Today is a good day because there is another Starbucks in Disney World.

Located on Western Way in the new Flamingo Crossings Center. It’s just a couple minutes past Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This is a great location since there are lots of 3rd party hotels, a Target, and restaurants within walking distance.

I went with an iced sugar cookie almond milk latte. LOVED IT! Can’t wait to see what kind of awesome promotions they have in store.

Flamingo Crossings is located just outside of Walt Disney World Resort’s West entrance and is home to new Disney College Program apartments, among numerous amenities for Disney Guests and Orlando locals alike.

Disney describes its Flamingo Crossings Village DCP housing as:

For forty years, the Disney College Program has not only been a great work experience but a home-away-from-home for hundreds of thousands of participants. The program has experienced many changes over the years, but this may be the most exciting one yet!

This summer, we are excited to share that the newest members of our Disney Programs family will be the first program participants to live in our new housing community, Flamingo Crossings Village.  In partnership with American Campus Communities (ACC), the nation’s largest developer of student housing communities, Flamingo Crossings Village provides participants with spacious apartments and numerous amenities that will offer them a comfortable, safe and relaxing living environment right next door to the Walt Disney World® Resort.
