Though the sun and humidity typically come out in full force, especially during the summer months, there are some ways you can cool off and duck out of the heat — and no, I am not telling you to go get soaked on Splash Mountain.
What I am telling you is that there is actually a hidden room inside EPCOT…and it is air-conditioned!
Brian (@briantreks) posted a video to TikTok revealing that there is a hidden room inside the Norway pavilion in World Showcase. Not only does this room display a Norwegian mythology exhibit, but also it’s a great way to duck out of the blazing Florida heat because it’s air-conditioned!

So the next time you are walking around World Showcase, whether it is for the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival or the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, or it’s just to see and do everything the country pavilions have to offer, make sure you stop by the Norway pavilion and check out this hidden room, especially if you are needing to cool off.
Other great places to cool off around EPCOT include rides such as Spaceship Earth, Living with the Land, and Soarin’ Around the World as well as the American pavilion, home to The American Adventure and Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue.
