One of the big changes happening at EPCOT is the debut of three brand-new lands, replacing what is currently known as Future World. These three new lands will allow all of EPCOT to feel connected with four neighborhoods that speak to each important aspect of the world.

World Showcase, which has already been a part of this park, will be joined by World Celebration, World Nature, and World Discovery. The construction on these three lands has been ongoing, and now, we are beginning to see certain aspects of the theme park taking shape.

For starters, bioreconstruct (@bioreconstruct) took to Twitter to share a look at Spaceship Earth, and from this angle you can clearly see all of the current construction:

Innoventions East has been one part of the theme park where construction has been consistently progressing. Bioreconstruct shared an updated look at where this section of EPCOT stands:

Disney recently announced that the famous souvenir shop in EPCOT — MouseGear — will not be returning to the theme park. Instead, Guests will be able to check out a brand-new shop, Creations Shop, which is debuting this summer! And now thanks to bioreconstruct, we can see the exterior paint for the main gift shop:

As far as the Play Pavilion goes, bioreconstruct shared a photo which showcases the current state this building is in:

Space 220 is going to be one of the most unique restaurants on Walt Disney World property that allows Guests to have an “out-of-this-world” dining experience. The highly anticipated Space 220 restaurant was originally slated to debut in winter 2020 at EPCOT, but due to the ongoing pandemic, this project was delayed.

Now, however, we finally have an opening timeline as it is set to open in fall 2021 at EPCOT. And now, here is a look at the entrance:

At this time, the only set opening dates we have for EPCOT are Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure and HarmonioUS, which will both debut on October 1, 2021. Inside the Magic will update you as we get information regarding other opening dates surrounding the EPCOT overhaul.
