If you have taken a look at the way Walt Disney World is currently operating their ticket sales, you likely know that the theme parks are currently running at 35% capacity. Guests must reserve entry online via Disney’s Park Pass Reservation System.
Lately, reservations to the Disney parks have been flying off the shelf! At the moment, with spring break underway, almost every day is full reserved at this point, which is showing Guests that during peak season, they must act fast to ensure that they can get a theme park reservation and avoid disappointment.
After spring break, typically, one of the busiest (and hottest) times of year that Guests flock to Disney in the summer. Once school is out, parents and their kids often fly to the Most Magical Place on Earth to celebrate. Well, if you are one of the lucky ones that get to spend their summer in front of Cinderella Castle, be sure to start booking those Disney Park Passes right away!
At the moment, we can see that reservations for June are already starting to fill up! That being said, it seems that for many of the days, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the hot ticket for many Guests, but EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom are typically available. Plus, remember, so long as Disney’s Hollywood Studios is not at capacity after 2:00 pm, Guests can Park Hop over and experience Toy Story Land, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, and more!
But if we move along to July and August, we can see that both months have full availability, so Guests can pick their perfect Disney vacation. The only caveat here is that both July and August are incredibly hot in Orlando, Florida. Plus, August tends to be the start of hurricane season, which can mean some pretty bad storms in the area.
Be assured, however, if a storm does hit, you will be very safe at your Walt Disney World Resort!
If visiting this summer before the crowds fill the parks for the 50th anniversary is on your to-do list, make sure that you start making your reservations as soon as possible before the summer starts to fill up as well!
