Disney treats its theme park Guests like royalty. From the moment you pass through the park gates, Disney magic envelopes you. Your inner princess gleams and glows, and there is plenty of Disney royalty to inspire your ambitions. Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle – so many princesses grace the paths of Walt Disney World Resort. One popular Disney princess does not have a heavy Disney Parks presence at first glance: Rapunzel. However, if you or your little princess love Rapunzel and her movie, don’t dismay! Guest can create their own Tangled experience at Walt Disney World. Here’s some ways you can begin your new dream of finding Rapunzel and her friends around Disney World.

Fantasyland Restrooms in Magic Kingdom
Just outside of “it’s a small world” from Fantasyland and past The Haunted Mansion from Liberty Square, Magic Kingdom contains a Tangled-themed rest area. The architecture screams Tangled and it looks like Rapunzel herself has stopped by this village nook. It even contains in the distance! Overhead, lanterns and purple sun flags hang over the cobblestone. You can see some of Rapunzel’s artwork spilling out of the women’s restroom. Inside the women’s room, Rapunzel splashed murals across the walls and ceiling. The men’s room contains Wanted posters and a display of frying pans (who knew, right?) above the sinks.
Around this area, you can find Pascal peeking out of some flowers, sitting on rocks, and hiding in windows. There are around 10 Pascals to be found in this area. Take some time with your family or friends to locate as many as you can!
Meet and Greet at Princess Fairytale Hall – Magic Kingdom (Pre-Pandemic)
Do you want to talk to Rapunzel and make a fun memory with her? Go to Princess Fairytale Hall at Magic Kingdom to interact with Rapunzel. She wears her iconic purple dress and has her hair twisted into her intricate flower-woven braid. If you bring your own frying pan, she can even sign it for you! Let PhotoPass capture your memories for you on camera so you can be in the moment with Rapunzel. If you want to meet Flynn Rider, you must be vigilant. On occasion, Flynn will take a covert stroll through Fantasyland. If you can catch him, take a picture with him. Just be careful to get his nose right in your photo. He has an image to uphold and those Wanted posters just aren’t doing it.
Character Dining at Trattoria al Forno – Boardwalk Resort (Pre-Pandemic)
When looking for great character dining experiences, look no further than Trattoria al Forno. The Bon Voyage Adventure breakfast offers quality time with your favorite royal Disney couples: Rapunzel & Flynn and Ariel & Eric. As you dine, the characters come to your table individually and sometimes, even as couples. You get to see the couples interact with one another as they weave throughout the dining room. On top of the amazing character interactions, the food is fantastic! Go fancy with Steak and Eggs or an Italian Omelet, or keep it classic with Buttermilk Pancakes and more. Either way, this character meal is sure to please guests of all ages and palates.
Riviera Resort Mural
Staying at Disney’s new Riviera Resort? Whether you’re just visiting the resort or making it home for your Disney vacation, you should stroll to the tunnel walkway leading to the Skyliner. There is an arched mosaic mural of Tangled scenes that shines with more than a million hand-cut tiles. Take a look at how amazing this artwork is!
Tangled Lantern PhotoPass Photo Op (Pre-Pandemic)
Do you dream of drifting in a canoe as thousands of lanterns float around you to the heavens? You can create your own “I See the Light” moment with a PhotoPass photo opportunity in Magic Kingdom. Occasionally in the evenings, a PhotoPass cast member will bring out a glowing lantern prop straight from Tangled. They set up the photo opportunity right in front of the Tangled rest area in Magic Kingdom. The line can get fairly long, so if you see it available, make sure you jump in line immediately.
Festival of Fantasy Parade – Magic Kingdom (Pre-Pandemic)
Away we go! It’s a Festival of Fantasy! This parade stars many Disney royals, classic favorites, and of course, Mickey Mouse himself. The parade features an entire Tangled float, complete with ruffians and thugs from the Snuggly Duckling, singing “I’ve Got a Dream.” The whole float is wrapped in , which looks so cool. Go see this parade and sing your heart out with Rapunzel, Flynn, and the gang.
Wonderful World of Animation – Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Pre-Pandemic)
Hollywood Studios debuted this projection show in 2019 as part of the park’s 30th anniversary celebration. The show celebrates the beauty of Disney animation and its timelessness. Tangled is featured in this nighttime showcase more than once, so watch for its characters!
Happily Ever After – Magic Kingdom (Pre-Pandemic)
In Magic Kingdom’s nighttime spectacular Happily Ever After, classic Disney scenes are cast onto Cinderella Castle as fireworks wow guests’ imaginations. As you enjoy this spectacular, watch for Rapunzel and Flynn to feature in a beautiful spectacle. The “I See the Light” lantern scene features the couple and covers the castle in lanterns. Watch as they drift out of sight over the castle spires, and drink in the magic of Tangled at Walt Disney World.
