This new magical adventure combines a series of prose pages, images and short film clips. Over the course of it all, players answer questions to advance in the game.
Virtual Hogwarts Escape Room
Players assume the role of a first-year student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Using the computer mouse to advance the story and answer questions brings the adventure to life. As with any escape room experience, puzzles must be solved to move forward. However, don’t worry about wrong answers, as opportunities to try again apparate with a click of the back button.
While solo gameplay produces progress, working with a friend or family member makes the experience more enjoyable. Along with the clips and image, spell study and wand working weave their way into this short wizarding world adventure.
Overall, Hogwarts Digital Escape Room is a relatively quick but enjoyable experience. The adventure appears to be geared towards teens, but any Potter fan should fun enjoyment in returning to the Wizarding World, even if only for a short time.
