It’s only been a short time since the Six Flags and Cedar Fair merger. Still, the new theme park giant is now offering a few big-time “super” charges that will have guests second-thinking their tickets to places like Six Flags Great America, Cedar Point, Kings Dominion, Dorney Park, Knotts Berry Farm, or any other Six Flags Entertainment Corp theme park.

New Six Flags, Cedar Fair Merger Has Guests Paying $75+ Surcharges Directly Impacting Dozens of Theme Parks
The most prominent theme park news to come out of that world this year has not been Epic Universe for Universal Orlando Resort or even the opening of Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Magic Kingdom in Disney World. It’s been the Six Flags and Cedar Fair merger, combining dozens of theme parks across America, leading to some good and even better news.
Earlier this year, Six Flags Entertainment Corporation announced its merger with Cedar Fair, the parent company of Knott’s Berry Farm, and several other North American theme parks. The merger promised enhanced and more thrilling experiences for theme park guests nationwide. Initially, fans speculated that the brands would not offer a combined season pass.
However, a recent announcement revealed that Six Flags and Cedar Fair plan to introduce a new add-on for their most dedicated fans. According to KTLA, the All-Park Passport will be available in 2025 as an add-on for current Gold or Prestige Cedar Fair pass holders.
While it remains unclear if this add-on will extend to Six Flags locations, it will be available at legacy Cedar Fair parks such as Cedar Point and Knott’s Berry Farm.

The add-on will grant access to all legacy Cedar Fair theme parks, Soak City water park, and select Six Flags locations. Guests wishing to visit other Six Flags locations, such as Six Flags Darien Lake or Six Flags St. Louis, must purchase single-day tickets or annual passes for each park, as a season pass covering all 27 locations across North America is not currently available.
The list of eligible parks includes California’s Great America, Canada’s Wonderland, Carowinds, Cedar Point, Cedar Point Shores, Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom, Kings Dominion & Soak City, Kings Island, Knott’s Berry Farm, Knott’s Soak City, Michigan’s Adventure & WildWater Adventure, Schlitterbahn Waterpark Galveston, Schlitterbahn New Braunfels, Valleyfair & Soak City, Worlds of Fun & Oceans of Fun, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Six Flags Great Adventure, Six Flags Great America, Six Flags Over Texas, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, and Six Flags Over Georgia.
Aside from the above offerings, something new is being added to the roster of new surcharges: more options for guests to purchase passes that will allow them to visit one and multiple water parks around the country. Schlitterbahn in Texas is adding a $75 “supercharge” offering where guests can get the Texas2Splash Pass, granting access to all Cedar Fair parks.

The recent merger between Six Flags Entertainment Corporation and Cedar Fair has brought exciting news for theme park enthusiasts. In addition to the previously announced offerings, a new pass option is being introduced, allowing guests to visit multiple water parks nationwide.
This expansion of access is particularly beneficial for those who enjoy water-themed attractions and are looking for more flexibility in their park visits.
Schlitterbahn in Texas is launching a $75 “supercharge” add-on called the Texas2Splash Pass, which will grant guests access to all Cedar Fair parks. This new offering provides a significant advantage for visitors who want to explore a variety of water parks without needing to purchase individual tickets for each location.
By offering this pass, Schlitterbahn and Cedar Fair enhance the overall guest experience, making it easier and more cost-effective to enjoy multiple parks during a single trip.
This new pass option is a welcome addition for frequent park-goers and families seeking more diverse vacation experiences.
