in Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World

Ever since I was a little girl, I would always look forward to Walt Disney World vacations. Not only would I get to see Mickey and friends, ride my favorite rides, and eat at one-of-a-kind restaurants, but I also looked forward to the little things — like the Cast Members who hand out those iconic Disney stickers to kids — which I think we can all agree, made us feel so special when we were younger.

Those iconic stickers have been around the Parks for years, even with new designs being created. Well, the latest design has Disney fans up in arms as it has replaced one of the original sticker designs of Mickey Mouse.

The Disney Parks have updated its iconic Mickey Mouse sticker design, which we can see thanks to Twitter user Once Upon a Bretmas Time. They took to the social media platform to share a side by side of the older Mickey Mouse design and the new, updated Mickey sticker design:

Mickey stickers have been updated at WDW. The left is the new, chubby, slightly purple design. The right is the classic, correct, iconic design

This has caused the Disney community to speak out, voicing their opinions on the new design, which many are not a fan of. Twitter user Mandy Marie said:

NooooThe proportions… what are theyyy

And TOCPE82 replied to the original Tweet saying:

WTH is going on with those eyebrows?

And Ava Buric said it the new design wouldn’t be bad if the proportions weren’t so far off. They Tweeted:

Would love it if his head proportions weren’t off so much

Other Twitter users decided to reply with a GIF that sums up exactly how they are feeling, including Tom who used the iconic The Office GIF of Michael Scott yelling “No”!

These stickers are free souvenirs that Cast Members hand out to Guests. If you are looking for a specific sticker design, don’t hesitate to ask the nearest Cast Member!
