If you are planning on visiting Walt Disney World on your next vacation, prepare for long wait times as the holiday crowds have officially arrived at the theme parks. And with these large crowds, as well as an increase in capacity at Disney World, it’s clear that wait times have also increased.

As you can see in the screenshots below, at approximately 10:00 a.m. on November 23 (which is just a few hours after the theme parks opened), many of the wait times were 90+ minutes.
In fact, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run was a 90-minute wait, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster was a 95-minute wait, and Kilimanjaro Safaris was a 105-minute wait.

Rise of the Resistance, which recently switched from a virtual queue to a tradition standby queue, was nearly a 200-minute wait! We have noticed that as the day goes on, the queue for Rise of the Resistance tends to drop and suggest if you want to avoid the morning rush, to check back later in the evening for lower wait times.
As always, for the most up-to-date wait times, check the My Disney Experience app.
