Credit: Marvel StudiosAfter months with no major updates, Walt Disney World Resort finally recently confirmed that the highly anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind roller coaster will open at EPCOT Park in 2022.

Disney construction crews have been hard at work on the inside of the roller coaster for quite some time, and Marvel Cinematic Universe Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn has even confirmed that filming is underway for various MCU stars’ cameos in the ride.

Although Disney hasn’t confirmed who all will be appearing, it is rumored that Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper), Peter Quill/Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Groot (Vin Diesel), Drax the Destroyer (Dave Bautista), and more will show up during the ride.
Now, Disney has begun doing more exterior work on the upcoming Marvel ride — and thanks to Twitter user Bioreconstruct, fans can see the landscaping around the show building coming together:

Walt Disney World Resort officials also recently filed a construction permit for this project. Cepra Landscape, Inc. is listed as the contractor.
