Disney Cruise Line has delayed the return to Nassau, Bahamas as a port of call. This will impact select cruise itineraries in September and October 2021.
Disney Cruise Line provided Inside the Magic with the following statement:
Disney Cruise Line is gradually resuming operations, starting with calls at Castaway Cay, and Nassau will return to itineraries as we move forward in this process. We look forward to calling on Nassau as we move through this process.
Disney Cruise Line Blog shared additional details and a list of impacted sailings:
On the 3-night sailings Nassau will be replaced by a sea day, and the 4-night will add a second stop at Castaway Cay. Emails are being sent to guests booked on the following sail dates to inform guests of the itinerary modification.

More on Disney Cruise Line’s Future
Although 2021 cruises may look quite different, Disney is planning a huge return to sailing in 2022. The fleet’s first Triton Class cruise ship, the Disney Wish, will take her maiden voyage in June 2022.
The Wish will be the fifth ship in the DCL fleet, joining the Disney Dream, the Disney Fantasy, the Disney Magic, and the Disney Wonder. She will be based in Port Canaveral.
