2Last year, Walt Disney World Resort debuted a brand-new mode of transportation — The Disney Skyliner. However, ever since its official debut, it’s no secret that the Disney Skyliner has had its fair share of incidents. Just one month after the Skyliner opened, Guests were stuck in the sky as the mode of transportation crashed in one of the loading areas.
Additionally, in April the Skyliner experienced some complications, though the reason for the pause in operations was not announced. And just last month, the Skyliner crashed once again in the loading dock at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Now, the Skyliner has crashed once again.
According to Cameron on Twitter, this mode of transportation has experienced yet another crash.

Anther Disney fan Kelly (@ArendelleKel) posted to Twitter saying she was stuck inside the Skyliner during this incident:

Not long after, Kelly updated her followers by explaining that Disney World helped her out once she was off the Skyliner by giving her ice-cold water, $25 gift cards for each person in her party, and a new umbrella since she left hers on the Skyliner. She and her party were also given complimentary passes to enjoy EPCOT!
