Many announcements such as terrifying treats coming to Disney Parks and Disney’s After Hour BOO BASH coming this August to Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World is encouraging Disney Guests to show off their best Halloween costumes on social media!
Here are some of our favorites so far.
Disney gearing up for Halloween!
Disney’s Halloween costumes are all the craze right now on Instagram. Recently, Disney PhotoPass took to the social media platform and shared their all-time favorite costumes that they captured in Magic Kingdom Park including Esmeralda, Lumiere, and the cast of Onward. They wrote:

Disney Imagineer Zach Riddley lent his face to artist William Reynolds (better known as @holareynolds on Instagram) as he transformed Riddley into our evil friend Yzma from Disney’s The Emperor’s New Groove. Brilliant plans are in the works for Halfway to Halloween as Riddley shares:

Disney fans share Halloween costume ideas
As I was posting my favorite picture at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party today and excited to announce that I will be booking my Walt Disney World vacation to celebrate this new Disney Halloween event, I was shocked to see how many Disney fans also hashtagged #HalfwaytoHalloween and were excited to share their previous Halloween looks.

We can’t get enough of this Maleficent costume from Rjay Taylor (@_the_adventurous_rjay). The lighting next to the headless horseman in Disney California Adventure is frightening and a perfect example for future costumes coming to Walt Disney World this year.
