During the pandemic, one of the industries that have been impacted the most has, of course, been tourism.

Traveling has never been more difficult with restrictions, border closures, mandatory quarantines, and the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. That being said, Disney World in Orlando, Florida seems to be navigating its way through these tough times better than most.

Disney World reopened to Guests in July 2020 and has remained open since, along with a majority of the state. Because of this, Florida is now, more than ever, one of the most sought out states to visit because it has the most activities and sense of “normalcy” to offer, all while keeping safe. Walt Disney World Resort is currently even the most searched vacation destination!

Well, it seems Disney is trying to keep that tourism ball rolling with new campaign ads that will get Disney fans at home itching to book a trip out to see Cinderella Castle and Mickey Mouse. Recently, Disney started the “Tomorrow Begins Today” campaign which featured The Sherman Brothers tune “There’s A Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow” to remind Guests what it is like to be surrounded by the magic of Disney.

Now, they have continued that campaign with a new vacation planning video.

Below, you can take a look at the latest installment of the “Tomorrow Begins Today” campaign where Disney has created a wholesome montage of Guests having fun and filled with energy, all while masked and following all of Disney’s safety guidelines.

It seems pretty clear that Disney is trying to convince their audience that even though the world is a different place right now, you can still have just as many laughs and smiles at Disney World.

The video’s description reads:

As described by Disney, the “Tomorrow Begins Today” campaign is described as:

Your Walt Disney World® dream comes true today.

Now’s the perfect time to plan a magical Walt Disney World escape. To see favorite Characters. Whoosh down a wild coaster. Taste your favorite Disney treats. Or take in the smell of freshly popped popcorn on Main Street, U.S.A.® With new and classic magic happening throughout all four Theme Parks, there’s no better time to join family and friends to indulge every craving and celebrate your great big beautiful tomorrow together.

Disney also has quite the lineup in terms of new offerings coming out over the next while at each Disney park. The 50th anniversary celebrations will begin on October 1 at Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and will last for a total of 18 months. Guests will get to see new decor at every park, new attractions, such as Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure coming to EPCOT’s France pavilion, and more.

All of this said, traveling in the midst of a pandemic — even with safety rules and regulations in place — does leave Guests with an inherent risk, which Disney notes on their website. Also, before traveling, it is always a good idea to familiarize yourself with the CDC guidelines, click here to check them out.
