COVID-19 Leaves Gwyneth Paltrow With Long Term “Fatigue and Brain Fog”

As everyone knows, COVID-19 has affected millions worldwide, no matter who they are. From the average working-class citizen to celebrities, the pandemic has unfortunately touched many in one way or another.

We are now learning that Gwyneth Paltrow (previously married to Coldplay’s Chris Martin, currently married to Brad Falchuk), an actress who is highly known for her healthy lifestyle regimen, as well as her work in the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe) is someone who has also been affected by COVID-19. Paltrow played Star Industries savior managing the day-to-day business inquiries for Tony Stark (AKA Iron Man AKA Robert Downey Jr.) and eventually marrying the Avenger.

Now, Paltrow has admitted to contracting the coronavirus at some point in 2020 and is still feeling the lingering effects of the virus that she is working to end.

In a recent editorial for her lifestyle brand Goop, Paltrow (Goop’s founder) went into detail on how the virus is still causing challenges for her, after she no longer tested positive.

A little background: I had COVID-19 early on, and it left me with some long-tail fatigue and brain fog. In January, I had some tests done that showed really high levels of inflammation in my body. So I turned to one of the smartest experts I know in this space, the functional medicine practitioner Dr. Will Cole. After he saw all my labs, he explained that this was a case where the road to healing was going to be longer than usual.

The Los Angeles actress seems to be on a cleanse that includes fasting until 11:00 a.m. daily, cutting out sugar and alcohol, and even trying to live off a keto diet. All of us here at Inside the Magic hopes that she can end the long-term effects that she is currently experiencing due to COVID-19.

Gwyn is not the only celebrity, of course, to come out and publicly discuss her battle with COVID-19. Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres (also known for voicing Dory in Finding Nemo and Finding Dory), Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson (Moana), Tom Hanks (Toy Story), and many more have already detailed their experience with the virus as well.
