We’re always looking for ways to add Disney touches to our homes. Having Disney home decor is one way to bring the magic of the theme parks into your everyday life, especially when you don’t know when your next vacation will be. One family took their love of Disney to the next level by installing a Mickey Mouse pool in their backyard.

Jenny Stoneburner and her family created an oasis in their own backyard — a Disney oasis, that is! They themed the outdoor area of their home after Adventureland, the area of the Disney Parks that is home to attractions like the Enchanted Tiki Room.

The Stoneburners have always been a Disney family. Jenny met her husband, Eric, while on a Disney Cruise Line vacation aboard the Disney Dream. The two later had a Disney Fairy Tale Wedding on Castaway Cay, Disney’s private island in the Bahamas (read more about their wedding here!).

“Our family, which consists of my husband Eric and our kids Amanda and Jordan, have always been a Disney family. Pretty much our entire house has Disney,” Jenny shared with Inside the Magic.

Now, they live together like birds of a feather with their Disney-inspired backyard, complete with tasteful touches of the Tiki Room and Disney Parks, from birds to torches to tikis and of course a Mickey-shaped pool.

“I got the did the idea for a Mickey Mouse inspired pool years ago. It wasn’t until last summer that I was finally able to realize my dream,” Jenny said. “What could be more perfect than his face with one ear the spa (which can fit up to 12 people comfortably), the other ear’s the cabo shell with bubblers in it for the little ones, and the rest, his face. I wanted to have a fun backyard that we can invite our family and friends over to enjoy.”

Jenny continued, “I chose Adventureland because that is where some of our favorite attractions are, such as Pirates and the Tiki Room. Plus I wanted to have a tropical theme with our landscape.”

Take a look at some of the photos of Jenny’s Disney-inspired backyard below (thank you, Jenny, for sending us these photos!). You don’t have to be the ultimate Disney fan to see that Mickey Mouse is featured front and center in this backyard, which would be the perfect atmosphere for long summer days.

The view of the Mickey-shaped pool even features an Enchanted Tiki Room sign inspired by the attraction (which you can experience at Disneyland and Magic Kingdom).

And on the other side of the sign is this sweet message!

There are also hidden Mickeys.

You can see the Tiki Room birds throughout the backyard area. Here’s one of our favorites.

There’s also a bar area for making tropical drinks (spiked Dole Whips, anyone?) and a TV for watching Disney movies outside at night.

The backyard even has tiki torches, too!
