Disneyland has quietly removed one of its newest attractions from Tomorrowland, just months after its summer debut. According to updates on the official Disneyland website and app, The Fantastic Four and H.E.R.B.I.E. will no longer be available to meet guests in Tomorrowland.

A New Attraction Already Gone

The attraction had launched earlier this summer, offering fans the chance to interact with Marvel’s iconic superhero team and their robotic companion, H.E.R.B.I.E., in a specially themed area of the park. Guests had been able to take photos, get autographs, and enjoy a rare opportunity to meet characters from the Fantastic Four franchise.

The removal comes as a surprise to many visitors, as the meet-and-greet had been promoted as part of Disneyland’s expanding Marvel presence in Tomorrowland. No official reason has been provided by the park for the change, and it remains unclear whether the removal is temporary for refurbishment or if Disneyland plans to permanently discontinue the experience.

Why So Soon?

Fans who were hoping to meet Mr. Fantastic, the Invisible Woman, the Human Torch, or The Thing—and, of course, H.E.R.B.I.E.—will need to adjust their plans, as the characters are no longer listed on the park’s digital guides or interactive maps.

Disneyland has not released a formal statement addressing the removal, leaving fans speculating on the decision. As with other character experiences, the park often rotates meet-and-greets and occasionally retires certain characters to make way for new additions or seasonal events.

Visitors planning trips to Disneyland are encouraged to check the official website or app for the latest updates on character appearances and meet-and-greet opportunities. While the Fantastic Four and H.E.R.B.I.E. are gone for now, Disneyland continues to offer a wide array of Marvel and other themed experiences throughout the park.
