An inclement weather warning is in place for one Disneyland resort – and it may have an impact on the day’s operations.
According to DLP Report, a warning has been implemented for both Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park today (February 22), with both “strong winds” and “moderate flooding” expected to hit the area.

Operations are expected to be impacted at both parks. In the past, inclement weather has led to widespread shutdowns for outdoor attractions at Disneyland Paris, such as Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril, and RC Racer.
As of 4.30 p.m. CET, this is, in fact the case, with all outdoor rides closed. The likes of Orbitron, Autopia, and Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop are all currently marked as reopening soon on the Disneyland Paris app.

Weather forecasts for Marne-la-Vallee – the area in which Disneyland Paris is located on the outskirts of Paris – predict thunderstorms and heavy wind gusts for the remainder of the day. As much as 30 mm to 40 mm of rain is expected to fall by this evening.
Disneyland Paris isn’t the only resort impacted by poor weather conditions in recent weeks. Despite being located in the typically balmy Southern California, Disneyland Resort has played host to multiple rain storms this February, with Disney California Adventure forced to close early on February 5.

Meanwhile, Walt Disney World Resort has also suffered from inclement weather. Cold temperatures have forced the closure of Blizzard Beach on multiple occasions this winter, with the water park seemingly closed for days on end more often than not during its brief seasonal operating schedule.
