It’s not a secret that a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is an expensive experience. Between the airfare, hotel room, theme park tickets, food, and merchandise, the costs quickly add up. Creating a Disney budget is important for a lot of people, as they can only spend so much to visit Mickey Mouse, and if you’re not careful, those food costs can get out of control.
There are more than 130 table-service restaurants on property, and those can eat up your budget in just a few days. While character meals can create great memories, they can set you back more than $60 per person.

Sit-down meals, especially buffets, can keep you full for a while, but they aren’t the only way to fuel your body for a long day in the parks.
EPCOT is the ultimate Disney theme park for foodies, and while there are certainly a lot of expensive options in the park, there are also many great options that won’t empty your wallet.
Here are just a few great options to keep you full and keep your wallet happy.

Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie – France Pavilion
Let’s start with the most important meal of the day, breakfast. Days at Disney World theme parks are long and exhausting, so it’s important to fuel up, and where better to do that than in France?
Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie is full of mouthwatering options, like the Croissant Jambon Fromage, croissants, beignets, éclairs, and more. Even better? Most of the menu options are under $10!
If you want to get something hearty to keep you full for a while, then we recommend the Quiche Lorraine or Croque Monsieur.

The Quiche Lorraine is made with ham and Gruyere cheese baked in a buttery crust, while the Croque Monsieur (basically a French grilled cheese) is made with ham and cheese, and topped with even more ooey-gooey cheese.
The Quiche Lorraine is a true bargain at just $7.25, and while the Croque Monsieur is a, but more expensive, it is still a bargain at $10.50. And you can pair your breakfast delight with a regular or decaf coffee for under $4.
School Bread – Norway Pavilion
One of the most popular treats in all of EPCOT is the School Bread from Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in Norway. School Bread is a Norwegian sweet cardamom roll stuffed with vanilla custard. It is then topped with icing and toasted coconut.

The School Bread won’t keep you full for hours, but it will satisfy your hunger, and for just $4.99, the price can’t be beat.
Pizza – Connections Eatery
Connections Eatery is one of EPCOT’s newest dining locations, opening next to the Creations Shop (formerly Mouse Gear) in April 2022. Connections Eatery has a pretty diverse menu, but one of the best deals you can get that will keep you full is the pizza.

There are three types of pizza to choose from: cheese, pepperoni, and Margherita. What makes this a truly great value is that you don’t get just one slice of freshly baked pizza; you get two! The Margherita and pepperoni pizza will set you back just $11.79, while the cheese pizza is slightly cheaper, at just $11.29.
Fish and Chips – Yorkshire County Fish Shop – UK Pavilion
Now, next up is not the cheapest item at EPCOT, but it is one of the most popular, and for the size you get, it’s a great bargain.
You’ll always see a line at the Yorkshire County Fish Shop in the UK Pavilion, and for good reason. The beer-battered fish and chips are fried to crispy perfection, and who doesn’t love French fries?

Kids’ Menu – La Cantina de San Angel – Mexico Pavilion
If you’ve seen our list of cheap eats in the Magic Kingdom, then you would have seen that we recommend items from the Kids’s Menu as a good way to get a decent amount of food for a really great price.
Over at La Cantina de San Angel, the Kids’ Menu has a couple of really great options — the Empanadas Con Queso and the Chicken Tacos. Both options are served with chips and queso, a side of fruit, and a choice of drink. And all of this will only set you back $9.50!

Poutine – The Refreshment Port
We get many great things from Canada, and one of the tastiest is poutine. Located at the Refreshment Port, close to the entrance of the World Showcase, the poutine is served hot and fresh, loaded with cheese curds and gravy.
The best part about the poutine is the price, which is only $7.50! Now, during festivals, The Refreshment Port will typically also serve a specialty poutine, which will typically cost about one dollar more than the traditional.

This is just a small sampling of what EPCOT has to offer, and while they might not be the biggest portions or the fanciest plate of food, all of the above dishes offer a really great value for guests looking to save.
Creating a budget can be one of the most important parts of planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and we hope these dishes show you that you can dine on delicious meals without spending a lot of money!
