Universal Immediately Addresses Theme Park Crisis, “Everything Happens for a Reason”

Universal employees had to react to an unexpected theme park crisis, immediately addressing the situation for all the affected guests.

Universal officials and theme park employees go above and beyond to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests when visiting Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal Volcano Bay.

Unfortunately, malfunctions at some of the parks’ most popular attractions are almost inevitable despite these efforts.

An international singer recently exposed one of these inevitable crises, applauding the theme park employees’ quick response.

Mexican singer Jorge D’Alessio, leader of the band Matute, recently visited Universal Orlando Resort with his family and shared their experience on Instagram, from riding new attractions at the parks to making the most of their stay at a Universal Hotel.

While the singer and his family’s visit to the Florida-based Universal Resort — soon to be home of Universal Epic Universe — has been extraordinary, D’Alessio shared their experience during an unexpected breakdown and how Universal immediately made up for the unpleasant experience.

In an Instagram story that has since expired, D’Alessio mentioned how Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure is the only roller coaster in Universal Orlando Resort that is not included with the purchase of a Universal Express or Universal Express Unlimited Pass, a fact that undoubtedly upsets fans of the Harry Potter franchise.

“It’s the most spectacular. But you have to wait in line, there’s no option,” said the singer.

Alternatively, D’Alessio and his family tried to beat the intense Florida heat by riding Dudley Do-Right’s Ripsaw Falls in Universal Islands of Adventure. However, the guests got more than expected from the ride. “Everything happens for a reason,” the singer said.

“The ride stopped in the highest part. We were stuck. The employees had to get us out of the cars and guide us through the ride’s structure to evacuate us,” D’Alessio detailed. Of course, theme park personnel quickly addressed this unexpected crisis, granting the singer and his family the ultimate treat.

“Only because that happened to us did we get passes to skip the line in Hagrid’s. Great job, son,” said the singer, congratulating his son for suggesting riding Ripsaw Falls in the first place.

D’Alessio continued to share his family’s visit to the Florida-based Universal Resort, which was uneventful after this malfunction.
