At Walt Disney World, there are rules and regulations that guests must follow, as they are on private property, and Disney is able to set out their expectations on how guests are expected to behave. Failure to comply to these rules can have you removed from the park, denied entry (even with a paid ticket), or trespassed for life.

That warning, however, did not seem to phase one content creator who intentionally created a viral video breaking one of Disney’s rules for his 10+ million subscribers.
Isaiah Photo creates a lot of videos, often in the form of challenges, for his subscribers to enjoy. Isaiah is a social media content creator renowned for crafting YouTube vlogs and videos inspired by Mr Beast, exploring various facets of life, adventure, content creation, and his signature “too easy” challenges, among other topics. To date, Isaiah’s YouTube content has accumulated more than 1.4 billion views, showcasing his widespread appeal and influence in the digital realm.
In a biography about the creator, his challenge-style video mentality is explained: “Isaiah grew up in Texas, and from a young age, he always embraced challenges and adventure. So much so that when he was 16 years old, he went on a snowboarding venture to the tallest hill he could find near his hometown – little did he know, he was about to encounter an accident that would change the course of his life.

While he flew down the hill, he was catapulted through a nearby forest directly into a tree at about 40km/h speed, leaving him unconscious in the snow with broken bones and a bleeding head.
He was immediately rushed to a hospital and rested in a coma for about 3 days. The doctors said he might not wake up, and if he did, there’s a good chance he wouldn’t be the same person who climbed up on that hill with his friends…
And he was right – but thankfully, it was for the better.
As you probably assumed already, Isaiah did survive the accident. He escaped with a banged up head, broken jaw and nose, and his memories – but also a new perspective on life.”
When you hear of Isaiah’s story, it really is inspiring, as the creator who was once $70,000 in debt living in his car is now thriving on social media.
That being said, he could now potentially be trespassed from Disney World for life.
Isaiah’s latest video is titled, “I Ran an Illegal Marathon Inside Disney World”, where Photo runs through Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. While runDisney races are very popular, running through the parks like that is not allowed during the day, in fact the website states that guests should not do it.
“For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running except in designated areas. Access to attractions depends on the safety rules for each attraction.”
This is something that Isaiah is aware of and highlights in his video to create the angle of the “marathon” that he is running to be illegal, and therefore, a more engaging title for his YouTube video. In the video, Isaiah highlights security around him, telling the audience to stay quiet, and says he is in disguise as a Disney dad, so that cast members will think he is just running to get to his family and kids.
While Photo may have thought this was a good idea for a video, he is also highlighting very clearly that he is intentionally breaking the rules. You can watch the video below.
As of late, we have seen a lot of creators intentionally break the rules at Disney World in order to produce social media content from it. A popular rule that is often broken is the dress code rule.
The rule states, “Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. Clothing that drags on the ground is prohibited in theme parks and water parks. Clothing with multiple layers is subject to search. We reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other Guests. Visible tattoos that could be considered inappropriate, such as those containing objectionable language or designs, are not permitted. There are specific costume guidelines for special events such as Halloween parties and runDisney events; please refer to the additional policies applicable to those events.”

Initially, if a guest was wearing something that was not theme park appropriate, according to cast members, they would have the chance to pick a new outfit from the stores at the park, and Mickey Mouse would pay for it. After creators shared this “hack” to get a free shirt, the complimentary feature was removed, and now, guests are just rejected at the gates.
According to Isaiah’s video, he was not caught or reprimanded, but he has placed proof of himself breaking the rules on the internet for entertainment purposes.
