Back in April, we detailed how Universal Orlando had permanently closed the Fusion Bistro Sushi & Sake restaurant on the second level of CityWalk.
Now, it appears that Universal is gearing up to bring Guests something new!
We confirmed with Universal back in April that Fusion Bistro Sushi & Sake was closing and would be replaced with a new dining offering. While Universal could not tell us the name of that offering at the time, thanks to new photos that have surfaced on social media, it appears it will be another Asian cuisine restaurant.
Orlando Informer took to Twitter to share a look at the new colorful paint and decor that Universal has added to the outside of the restaurant:

While we do not know the name of the restaurant but it is likely that it will have a different menu from Fusion Bistro Sushi & Sake.
It is exciting to have new things coming to CityWalk at Universal Orlando Resort! Recently, Universal opened two brand new stores, the Universal Store and the Universal Legacy Store.
What else is new at Universal Orlando Resort?
Speeding through the jungle, rising high above the terrain, it’s the apex predator of roller coasters: the Jurassic World VelociCoaster. Now you can board your vehicle for a high-speed dash through the park’s raptor paddock. Feel the rush of the hunt as you race alongside these nimble predators, twisting and soaring above the land and water. Jurassic World VelociCoaster is Now Open at Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
