Riding the Rides

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster

First on the list for Stacey? — Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster! “I have to ride Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith,” she explained, “because I love rock ‘n’ roll, and I love roller coasters so is it kind of perfect? Yes!”

When Stacey had to film Must Do Disney, she said riding Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster was definitely a highlight.

“I loved filming that,” she told Inside the Magic. “When I got to do it multiple times I was like ‘Yeah!’, ‘Oh a third time?’, ‘Are you sure you don’t need a fourth time?’,” she laughed.

“And it’s funny now because living in Los Angeles, when I’m on the freeway, I’m always like ‘Why is this not as cool?’ I have the music blaring but it’s not as cool,” she said jokingly. “But I do love [Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster].”

Mad Tea Party

Another must-do attraction for Stacey is the teacups! Taking a spin on Mad Tea Party is certainly a favorite for the Must Do Disney host.

“I love the teacups. I love spinning the teacups. And when I had to ride those I loved spinning it,” she said.

Stacey continued to explain how when she was filming Must Do Disney, she would spin them so much the cameraman jokingly told her to slow down because she was going so fast! “I love [Mad Tea Party] you know, it’s simple, but it’s classic,” Stacey said.

Space Mountain

A classic! Stacey mentioned earlier that she loved roller coasters, so it’s no surprise Space Mountain would be on her must-do list, too.

When discussing who Stacey loves to meet while in the theme parks, the first duo that came to mind was Chip and Dale!

“I have to say over the years, Chip and Dale are always a blast,” Stacey told Inside the Magic. “And one of my favorite pictures, which I have put on my social, is they’re making a Stacey sandwich. And I don’t know why but they always want to dance with me!”

Stacey continued to explain how, of course, Mickey and Minnie are a must-see whenever she’s at the theme parks. “Of course, Minnie and Mickey,” she said. “Mickey has my heart.”

Another character that Stacey loves to meet, who shouldn’t come as a surprise, is Daisy! “I do love Daisy, too,” Stacey said. “She’s sweet. We always pose and we always talk about fashion. She’s always good on the accessories.”

The Animals at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Stacey, being a plant-based person, has a huge passion for animals and so visiting Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Animal Kingdom Lodge is certainly a must-do for her!

“Animal Kingdom I love because I’m a huge animal [lover],” she told Inside the Magic. “I mean fashion is my passion and animals are my joy. I loved any time I got to interact with animals and the Kilimanjaro Safaris and getting to just see the animals.”

When Stacey was filming for Must Do Disney, she got to stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge, which will always be a highlight for her. She explained, “And the first time I stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge, I opened the curtains and there was a giraffe standing there! I didn’t realize that I was going to be right on one of the Savannahs, and so I was like ‘Oh my!'”

“Then there’s a little antelope that goes trotting by, and they were calling me to say ‘okay we’re here to pick you up to film’ and I was like ‘but I, but I, can’t go yet!'”

Stacey loved being so close to the animals, it was easily one of her highlights of Must Do Disney. “So every day I was there, I was there for several days, and I was always talking to the animals ‘How was your day Mr. Giraffe?’ and that was just incredible. And then the gorillas, you know, my Uncle Phil,” she said joking.
