Disney California Adventure Park is gearing up for a Marvel-ous grand opening of Avengers Campus! The park’s all-new Marvel land will finally be open to the public starting June 4. And with all this new news coming out about what this new land has to offer, fans are definitely excited!
Recently, just ahead of the opening of Avengers Campus at California Adventure, the Disney has been giving us some amazing sneak peeks of what exactly we can expect when it comes to dining and retail. Marvel fans can’t wait to experience the Pym Test Kitchen or WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure.

And since the land hasn’t yet opened, there are only a few ways you can see elements of the new land if you know where to look. Recently, a fan happened to spot Captain America walking around Avengers Campus, atop the Avengers Headquarters building just below the Quinjet.

Now, we have just learned that the Quinjet has begun testing as well! The aircraft sits above what is now known as Avengers Headquarters. A future E-ticket attraction (in which Guests board a Quinjet and head to Wakanda to fight alongside the Avengers) will also open in this area at a later date.
Thanks to the folks over at FreshBaked, we can now see just how the Quinjet will operate once Avengers Campus opens! The video below shows testing of the lights and exhaust sounds. In the video, they explain how this aircraft is similar to ones we’ve seen in Galaxy’s Edge.
