As Disneyland Resort gears up for the reopening of its theme parks — Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure — this month, the Walt Disney Travel Company is also getting ready to launch a new website that will allow Guests to access and print tickets, vouchers, and gift cards.
The new vacation planning website will help Disney fans as they plan and organize their Disney vacations — and it is being launched just in time for the reopening of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

The Walt Disney Travel Company has announced that it will be launching a brand-new website as operations resume at Disneyland Resort’s reopening of the theme parks:
As we resume operations in support of Disneyland Resort reopening, please be advised of changes to fulfillment of Walt Disney Travel Company (WDTC) vacation packages that include hotel reservations and theme park tickets, plus optional add-ons such as transportation vouchers and gift cards.
In the next few days, WDTC will launch a secure digital website where Guests will be able to access and print tickets, vouchers and gift cards at their convenience through a secure link, provided via email or on the Guests Disney account prior to their hotel arrival. In conjunction with this new digital fulfillment system, WDTC will transition away from manually packaging and delivering these entitlements to Guests’ hotels in advance of arrival.
Note that Guests with travel packages for Disney’s Grand Californian for April 29, 2021, and later will begin receiving communication regarding these changes five days prior to their hotel arrival. For Disneyland Resort vacation package questions, Guests can contact Disney at (714) 520-5060.
The new website seems like it will make vacation planning easier than ever before as it will allow upcoming Disney Guests to access their Disney Park tickets, vouchers, and gift cards all in one place. At this time we do not know exactly when this new website will launch, but Inside the Magic will continue to update you as we get information this week!

In regard to the reopening of Disneyland’s theme parks, as many of you know, both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure have remained closed due to the pandemic.
Ever since the theme parks shut their gates in March 2020, Guests have been eager to once again soak up the magic and get the Disneyland experience. And on April 30, Guests will be able to step foot on Main Street, U.S.A., or into Cars Land as both theme parks will officially reopen their gates.

It is important to note that when the parks reopen, some amenities — including FASTPASS, Disney MaxPass, Magic Mornings, and Extra Magic Hour offerings — will be suspended as part of the phased reopening efforts amid the pandemic. This is not too much of a surprise, as this is similar to what Walt Disney World did when they reopened last summer.
The official Disneyland website also explains that select attractions and certain experiences that draw crowds, including parades and nighttime spectaculars, will return at a later date. Again, this isn’t too much of a surprise since this is similar to how Disney World is currently operating amid the pandemic.

It is important to remember that at the point of the reopening, only California residents will be allowed in the parks. Therefore, upon purchasing tickets online, the purchaser must verify that they, as well as everyone in their party, are California residents.
