It is themed to Finding Nemo, as are the rooms that surround the pool, and Guests visiting can see all the characters from the Pixar film such as Crush, Nemo, Dory, and more through larger-than-life statues that surround the area.
Another incredible aspect about this pool that makes it truly unique is the fact that when Guests are swimming underwater, you can hear music and sounds, much like any of the fish in Finding Nemo would. It really immerses all Guests into the ocean.
When The Big Blue Pool was closed, Guests had the option to visit the Cars-themed Cozy Cone Pool or The Little Mermaid-themed Flippin’ Fins Pool at Art of Animation, but now Guests can visit any of the three.
