Frozen Ever After is one of the most popular attractions at EPCOT in Walt Disney World. However, as Guests flocked to the Norway pavilion this evening to visit Elsa, Anna, and the rest of the Frozen characters, they were met with a disappointing surprise — technical difficulties.

On March 30 at approximately 5:30 p.m. EST, WDW Stats took to Twitter to share that Frozen Ever After has been temporarily interrupted. WDW Stats states that, on average, an interruption for this attraction usually lasts 30 minutes, however, we noticed it was down longer than that.

When checking the wait times on My Disney Experience, Inside the Magic saw that at approximately 6:40 p.m. EST the EPCOT attraction was still down, which you can see in the screenshot below.

The attraction reopened at approximately 6:50 p.m. EST and almost immediately had an hour wait time, according to My Disney Experience.

We checked the My Disney Experience app again at approximately 7:05 p.m. and the attraction had a 55-minute wait time — 20 minutes after the ride reopened.

At this time we are unsure of what technical difficulties the attraction is experiencing but Inside the Magic will update you as we get information.
