Police in China have confirmed that a 66-year-old woman has been arrested for stealing from Guests on Shanghai Disneyland property.
According to a Shine.cn news report:
Police in the Pudong New Area said they had begun an investigation after receiving a number of theft reports at the end of last year.
In all the cases, the items stolen had been in baby strollers left unattended, and almost all were Disney-themed.
Through surveillance cameras, police spotted the suspect and tracked her down.

In this surveillance video screenshot, the woman, named Shen, has been circled in red. She is pushing a cart that appears to be filled with Disney Parks merchandise. Presumably, at least some of the goods were stolen from other Disneyland Guests since police were able to confirm the thefts via security footage.
According to Shine.cn’s report, the suspect:
had an annual pass to the Disney Resort, police said. Shen is said to have confessed that she stole 17 items and told police she just found it amusing to steal them and take them home. Police said all of the stolen items had been recovered.

Although Chinese authorities just arrested Shen for her Disney thefts, it is not known when she last stole from Shanghai Disneyland park goers. The theme park reopened on May 11 following its temporary closure due to COVID-19.
