Walt Disney World is gearing up for its phased reopening next month. Magic Kingdom park and Disney’s Animal Kingdom will open the gates on July 11 while EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios plans to open on July 15.
With a lot of questions floating around regarding previews — For both Cast Members and Annual Passholders — We are finally getting some new details.
Yesterday, Inside the Magic reported that the Annual Passholder preview will take place at Magic Kingdom or Disney’s Animal Kingdom on July 9 and July 10. But now, we are also finding out that Disney World Cast Members will also have a chance to visit the theme parks as a preview prior to the official reopening.
The Walt Disney World Ambassadors took to Instagram recently to announce the Cast Member preview for Walt Disney World Resort and we are so excited for them!
The Instagram post reads:
Hey Cast Members! We have exciting news to share with you – before the phased reopening of our parks to Guests beginning July 11, a few days have been reserved for a Cast Preview opportunity. This opportunity is open to eligible Florida-based and Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort Cast Members. We can’t wait to see the magic alive in our parks again. Head over to The HUB for more details!

More Information On Disney Parks Reopening
Remember that when Disney World reopens to guests next month, things at the theme park will look a lot different. Social distancing measures will be put in place, excessive cleanliness, encouragement of mobile orders, plexiglass, the elimination of character meet and greets, parades, fireworks and other similar entertainment that draws a crowd, and much more.

There will also be changes to the FastPass+ system and the PhotoPass System along with changes for previously bought tickets including refunds and exchanges.
