We’re big fans of Halloween at Disney Parks. But like so many other Disney Parks enthusiasts, one of the things we look forward to most with every new season is the food! After checking out what Halloween Time has to offer this year at the Disneyland Resort and Oogie Boogie Bash, we’ve put together a guide to all of the foods that we recommend the most.
Here’s what you should eat and drink at Disneyland Resort and Oogie Boogie Bash this Halloween Time season!
Disneyland
Pumpkin Cheesecake and Mummy Macaron
Let’s face it: when it comes to photogenic treats, Disney Parks know how to do it right. These desserts actually taste even better than they look! The pumpkin cheesecake is absolutely delicious and creamy with the perfect punch of pumpkin flavor. And the mummy macaron has a fantastic cookies and cream flavor, almost like the grey stuff from Be Our Guest and Red Rose Taverne!
Where to find them: Jolly Holiday Bakery Café on the corner of Main Street, U.S.A.
Loaded Fleet Fries
Disneyland Resort knows what they’re doing when it comes to loaded fries. And we absolutely loved these when we tried them! They have the right amount of pulled pork, cheese, chipotle ranch, and cilantro slaw to satisfy any late-night craving. Pro tip: eat these while watching the Disney Villains Dance Party in Tomorrowland!
Where to find them: Galactic Grill in Tomorrowland
13th Hour Brew
This is by far one of the best coffees we’ve had at Disneyland. It’s a cold brew coffee with sweet cream on top. We mix the cream in a bit to give it a sweeter taste. And this one is strong! Enjoy it while overlooking Haunted Mansion Holiday.
Where to find it: Harbour Galley between New Orleans Square and the Rivers of America
Disney California Adventure
Maple Bacon Bread Pudding
We love the seasonal bread puddings at Disney California Adventure, and this one is definitely decadent! It tastes like French toast, so if you’re big on sweets for breakfast, we suggest grabbing this in the morning.
Where to find it: Pacific Wharf Café
Bacon Cheddar Ale Soup
We absolutely loved this soup! It can be hard to find savory Halloween food, but this soup made it feel like fall on a warm late summer night. It’s salty in the best way, and we love the bread bowl it comes in!
Where to find it: Pacific Wharf Café
Rest In Peace-Strami Dog
This is the absolute best hot dog we’ve ever had at Disneyland Resort…period. The pastrami is fantastic, the pickles are crunchy, the sauce is garlicky and delicious — there’s nothing wrong with this hot dog. It’s just plain awesome.
Where to find it: Award Wieners on Sunset Boulevard
Green Apple Spell Lemonade
If you like sweet beverages, you’ll love this. This non-alcoholic lemonade with raspberry syrup tastes just like a green apple Jolly Rancher, and it will give you that much-needed sugar rush so you can have fun all night at Oogie Boogie Bash!
Where to find it: Smokejumpers Grill at Grizzly Peak
Honorable Mention
This can’t be a list of must-eat items without more Mickey Mouse! We had to mention two more pumpkin goodies for you to try. You’ll thank us later.
You can find both of these items in and out of the parks, so you don’t even need a theme park ticket to get in the Halloween Time spirit at Disneyland Resort!
Mickey Sugar Cookie
These are delicious no matter the season, but doesn’t this one just make you smile extra?
Where to find it: Candy Palace on Main Street, U.S.A. at Disneyland, Trolley Treats in Disney California Adventure, Marceline’s Confectionery in Downtown Disney
Anything Pumpkin Spice from Starbucks
Okay, so you can get this in your hometown, but pumpkin spice lattes and Halloween Time at Disneyland just go hand in hand! What better place to enjoy a pumpkin crème cold brew than on Main Street overlooking the giant Mickey pumpkin?
Where to find it: Any Starbucks location, including on Main Street in Disneyland, Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure, and Downtown Disney
