We can’t get enough of “The Little Mermaid” lately! From the upcoming live-action film to ABC’s new television special, it seems like all of Hollywood (and the internet, as a result) is going under the sea. Disney recently collaborated with two beauty brands to bring to life a range of skincare products, and we can’t wait to get our hands (or fins?) on them!
H2O+ “The Little Mermaid” Skincare Line
First up is the new “The Little Mermaid” collection by H2O+! This October, this all-new line of skincare products by H2O+ will make its debut. If you’ve ever stayed in a Disney hotel or taken a Disney Cruise Line vacation, you’ll recognize H2O+ as the skin and haircare provider of Disney Resorts and Disney Cruise Line. With the scents from this brand often inspired by the ocean, we’re not surprised by an Ariel-inspired range of products coming soon!
The line, which includes a cleanser, essence, and hydrating treatment all with beautiful illustrations of Ariel all over the packaging, is in honor of the 30th anniversary of “The Little Mermaid” and will be available on shopDisney in just a few months.
“The Little Mermaid” Perfume by DefineMe
An Ariel-inspired perfume was also just announced, and we can’t wait to feel transported under the sea with this scent! Disney and the brand DefineMe have collaborated to create a scent to honor “The Little Mermaid.” It is described as a layered scent that features notes of spicy-floral bergamot, jasmine, lilac, cinnamon-y tonka bean, coconut, driftwood, and neroli. It seems like the perfect perfume to wear everyday or on a special occasion (like a dinner at Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach resort, perhaps?). Like the skincare line, the fragrance will launch online on shopDisney later this fall, as well.
Both the skincare line and the perfume won’t be available online until this fall, but check back with InsidetheMagic.net in a few months and we’ll update this article once the products make their debut. For now, we’ll be getting our “The Little Mermaid” fix by reading up on all the latest news (and maybe even purchasing some fun Ariel-inspired merchandise in the Disney Parks).
