Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World is filled to the brim with incredible attractions like Space Mountain, Haunted Mansion, “it’s a small world”, and many others. It’s unknown what caused this malfunction to occur, or what happened after the video was taken. Typically, guests don’t get to see the inner workings of Disney’s rides and animatronics, but things changed with this specific video.
Journey of the Little Mermaid opened in 2012 at the Magic Kingdom as part of the park’s big Fantasyland expansion/overhaul.
This project brought several new rides and attractions into the fold, namely Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, which continues to be one of Magic Kingdom’s most popular rides over a decade later.
