Christmas at Walt Disney World isn’t just about sparkling decorations, festive music, and seeing Mickey Mouse dressed for the holidays. For many guests, the seasonal food is just as exciting as the entertainment.

Every year, Disney introduces special snacks, desserts, and drinks that visitors can only enjoy during the holiday season. Some become instant favorites, while others leave guests wondering whether they’re really worth the money.

This year, Magic Kingdom is bringing plenty of new options to the table, including some unexpected combinations that go far beyond traditional Christmas cookies and hot chocolate.

With Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party returning in November, Disney has finally revealed what guests can expect from its holiday food lineup. And anyone planning to attend might want to arrive hungry.

Disney World Announces 15 New Holiday Menu Items

Disney has released its complete food and beverage lineup for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party 2026, featuring 15 brand-new offerings alongside several returning favorites.

The separately ticketed holiday celebration takes place on select evenings from November 8 through December 22, 2026, at Magic Kingdom.

While Christmas cookies and festive desserts remain part of the experience, Disney is expanding its menu with everything from savory sandwiches to elaborate ice cream creations.

Most of these specialty items will only be available during party hours, meaning guests visiting Magic Kingdom with regular admission won’t necessarily have access to them.

However, a handful of selections will also be offered during regular park hours, giving visitors who aren’t attending the party an opportunity to enjoy some seasonal flavors.

Here’s a closer look at what Disney has planned.

New Christmas Desserts Are Coming to Magic Kingdom

Guests with a sweet tooth will have several new treats to consider this holiday season.

At Golden Oak Outpost in Frontierland, Disney is introducing Gingerbread Cheesecake Beignets, featuring powdered sugar, festive sprinkles, and gingerbread cheesecake icing.

Over at Casey’s Corner on Main Street, U.S.A., the new Minnie Cocoa Cake combines chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, marshmallow filling, and decorative chocolate pieces.

Meanwhile, Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe will offer the Pluto Reindeer Cake, a gingerbread dessert featuring mousse and apple filling.

Disney is also bringing two new ice cream creations to Magic Kingdom.

The Holiday Brownie Sundae at Plaza Ice Cream Parlor features vanilla ice cream, brownie pieces, hot fudge, whipped cream, and crushed peppermint.

At Storybook Treats in Fantasyland, the Very Merry Mickey Sundae combines vanilla soft-serve with gingersnap pieces, whipped cream, sprinkles, cherry coating, and chocolate decorations.

For visitors looking for something a little different, Main Street Bakery will serve the new Winter Wonderland Express, a dessert featuring hazelnut mousse, feuilletine, and panna cotta.

These treats join returning holiday options, including the Peppermint Bark Funnel Cake at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments and the Gingerbread Milkshake at Plaza Ice Cream Parlor.

Disney Is Introducing Some Unusual Holiday Drinks

Disney’s Christmas menu isn’t limited to traditional flavors.

At AstroFizz in Tomorrowland, guests can purchase the new Peppermint Bark Cola Slushy, which combines frozen Coca-Cola with a chocolate-peppermint swirl, sweet cream, and chocolate curls.

It’s certainly an unusual combination, especially for visitors who normally associate peppermint with hot chocolate rather than soda.

Fantasyland is getting another creative drink at The Friar’s Nook.

The new Sugar Cookie Soda features Coca-Cola mixed with cookie butter syrup and topped with cookie butter cold foam, sprinkles, and pieces of sugar cookie.

Both drinks will be exclusive to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

Returning beverages include the Nice List Shake at Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies, the Cranberry Cider Punch at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe, and the Gingerbread Cola at Golden Oak Outpost.

Visitors looking for something fruity can also stop by Aloha Isle for the Pomegranate Yule Float, which combines ginger ale, pomegranate DOLE Whip, vanilla soft-serve, pomegranate pearls, and lime.

Savory Food Gets a Holiday Makeover

Not everyone wants to spend the evening eating desserts, and Disney has plenty of savory options planned as well.

One of the more interesting new additions is the Mongolian Beef Bao at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments in Liberty Square.

The dish comes with miso-gochujang sauce and chili threads, offering something quite different from the usual Christmas-inspired snacks.

At Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe, guests can try the new Tostada de Nochebuena, featuring smoked pork, salsa verde, smoked tomato salsa, queso fresco, and cilantro.

Disney is also bringing back several hearty dishes from previous holiday celebrations.

Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe will serve its Holiday Turkey Burger, topped with stuffing, Swiss cheese, and cranberry chutney on a brioche bun.

The restaurant will also offer the Holiday Pot Roast Melt, which features slow-cooked beef, cheddar, Swiss cheese, gravy, and horseradish cream sauce.

At Casey’s Corner, visitors can choose between Holiday Pot Roast Hot Dogs, Mini Corn Dogs, and Loaded French Fries, all featuring pot roast, beer-cheese sauce, crispy onions, and horseradish mustard.

Other returning selections include the Snow Cheese Chicken Strips at Cosmic Ray’s, Holiday Ravioli at Pinocchio Village Haus, and Carne Asada Loaded Fries at Pecos Bill.

These options could be particularly appealing to guests who want a full meal before heading back out for the evening’s entertainment.

Disney’s Table-Service Restaurants Are Joining the Celebration

Guests who prefer a sit-down meal will also find special holiday offerings at several Magic Kingdom restaurants.

At The Plaza Restaurant, Disney is introducing three new dishes: the Classic Reuben Sandwich, Santa’s Floridian Pulled Pork Sandwich, and Red Velvet Cheesecake.

The pulled pork sandwich features shredded cabbage, roasted pineapple chutney, and sweet-and-spicy barbecue sauce.

Unlike most party-exclusive offerings, these three items will also be available during regular park hours from November 1, 2026, through January 2, 2027.

Be Our Guest Restaurant is introducing Mussels Mariniere, prepared with white wine, butter, garlic, lemon, sourdough croutons, and parsley.

Other holiday dishes at the restaurant include Free-range Chicken, Lamb Chop Cassoulet, and a Flourless Black Forest Trifle.

Cinderella’s Royal Table will offer seasonal entrees such as Roasted Pork Belly, Roasted Lamb Chops, and Slow-cooked Beef Strip Loin, along with a Hazelnut Carriage Cake for dessert.

Guests interested in these table-service experiences should plan ahead, since Disney recommends reservations.

Families Have Plenty of Kid-Friendly Choices

Disney has also identified several holiday menu items that may appeal to younger visitors.

The Holiday Brownie Sundae and Very Merry Mickey Sundae offer familiar ice cream flavors with Christmas-themed toppings.

Children who prefer savory foods might enjoy the Pig in a Blanket at The Friar’s Nook, which features an all-beef hot dog wrapped in Parmesan puff pastry and served with tots.

Pinocchio Village Haus will offer an Italian Sausage and Meatball Lasagna Flatbread topped with Italian cheeses, ricotta, and pesto.

Meanwhile, the Nice List Shake and Pluto Reindeer Cake give families a few more dessert options to consider.

Of course, families don’t have to limit themselves to Disney’s suggested children’s selections. The larger menu includes plenty of options that adults and kids can share.

What Guests Should Know Before Ordering

Although Disney has announced an extensive holiday menu, visitors should pay attention to restaurant operating hours.

Not every location will remain open throughout the entire party.

Storybook Treats, Pinocchio Village Haus, Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe, and the Adventureland Spring Roll Cart are scheduled to close at 10 p.m.

Plaza Ice Cream Parlor, Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies, and Aloha Isle will remain open until 11 p.m.

Several other locations, including Casey’s Corner, Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe, Sleepy Hollow Refreshments, and Golden Oak Outpost, are scheduled to stay open until midnight.

Disney also offers mobile ordering at several participating locations, which could help guests spend less time waiting for food.

For anyone hoping to try multiple specialty items, checking menus and restaurant hours before arriving could make a big difference.

Is the New Christmas Menu Worth Getting Excited About?

Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party already gives guests plenty to fit into a single evening, from holiday entertainment to seasonal character experiences.

Adding 15 new food items makes planning that night a little more complicated, especially for visitors who want to experience as much as possible.

The good news is that Disney isn’t relying entirely on familiar Christmas flavors this year.

Between Mongolian Beef Bao, Gingerbread Cheesecake Beignets, unusual Coca-Cola creations, and returning comfort foods, the menu offers a wider variety of choices than guests might expect from a holiday celebration.

Of course, nobody needs to try everything. With so many options available, picking two or three must-have treats before arriving might be the smartest approach.

For guests attending Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party between November 8 and December 22, the biggest challenge might not be finding something delicious to eat. It could be deciding what to skip.
