The race between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris is an incredibly tight one, and this election season might just be one of the most contentious in recent history.
A number of celebrities have come out and endorsed both sides. A-listers like Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Cardi B, Eminem, Jennifer Lopez, George Clooney, and many more have endorsed the Vice President. On the other side, Tangled (2010) Zachary Levi, Caitlyn Jenner, and Billy Ray Cyrus have all voiced their support for the former President.

Recently, another major celebrity spoke out and endorsed Vice President Harris.
On Saturday, November 2, the Vice President’s official campaign shared a video of Star Wars actor Harrison Ford voicing his support for Harris. Mr. Ford pointed to the fact that many of Trump’s former advisors have spoken out against him. Even Mr. Trump’s former Chief of Staff, Marine Corps General John Kelly, called Mr. Trump a fascist.
In total, more than two dozen former cabinet members and staffers have spoken out against Trump, saying that he is dangerous and can’t be trusted to lead the country.

“Look, I’ve been voting for 64 years. Never really wanted to talk about it very much, but when dozens of former members of the Trump administration are sounding alarms, saying, ‘For God’s sake, don’t do this again,’ you have to pay attention. They’re telling us something important. These aren’t soft people.”
“They’re governors and generals standing up against the leader of the party they spent their lives advocating for. For many of them, this will be the first time they’ve ever voted for someone who doesn’t have an R next to their name, because they know this really matters.”
“The truth is this: Kamala Harris will protect your right to disagree with her about policies or ideas. And then, as we have done for centuries, we’ll debate them, we’ll work on them together, and we’ll move forward. The other guy, he demands unquestioning loyalty, says he wants revenge.”
“I’m Harrison Ford. I’ve got one vote, same as anyone else. And I’m going to use it to move forward. I’m going to vote for Kamala Harris.”

In a follow-up video, the Indiana Jones star admitted that he was frustrated with the country’s current situation. However, he said that Mr. Trump spent four years turning Americans against each other while “embracing dictators and tyrants.”
He further pointed out what he thought was incredibly important about Kamala Harris and her Vice Presidential running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. He said that he did not agree with them on everything, but Harris and Walz “believe in the rule of law. They believe in science. They believe that when you govern, you do so for all Americans. They believe that we are in this together.”
The Presidential election will take place on Tuesday, November 5. Unfortunately, former President Trump has already begun spreading rumors that the election is being stolen and said he would only accept the results if everything is “fair.”
